I’m the Assistant Director and Human Resources Manager for Quality of Life Home Care. I began my human resources career at the age of 16 when I worked for Exel Logistics in 2000 and 2001 during my summer breaks from school. It was then that I realized how much I enjoy working in the human resources department. My organizational and personal skills attribute to the success of this position.
My family moved to McDonough, Georgia in 1998 during my freshman year. After graduating from Eagle’s Landing High School in 2001, I returned to my hometown in Sweetwater. I earned my Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business Management at Cleveland State Community College in Cleveland, Tennessee.
I’m a member of the Loudon Monroe Human Resources Association and Madisonville Civitan. I’m also on the management team with Area 22 Special Olympics. I’m involved with these community organizations because I want to contribute to assisting the elderly and disabled.

I am the Client Manager at Quality of Life Home Care, LLC. I have worked with and assisted the elderly & disabled most of my adult life. The elderly hold a special spot in my heart. Let’s face it, without them and their knowledge where would we be? I believe that if you are a senior or have a disability you should be treated with dignity, respect and understanding.
I graduated in 1984 from Seminole Community College as a Registered Medical Assistant. I am certified in CPR and First Aid and I also have a certificate for Personal Care Assistant. I am a volunteer with the American Red Cross Monroe County Chapter and active with Alzheimer’s Tennessee.
As the Client Manager, my responsibility is to see that our client’s needs are always met. No matter how big or how small that need may be, they always know that I am here for them. I take great pride in knowing that each day I can make a difference in someone’s life, and a smile is so rewarding.

As the Client Care Coordinator for Sweetwater, my responsibilities are to assist our clients whenever necessary and serve as the liaison between their home and our office. I provide training for our caregivers to ensure our clients receive quality care. I feel it’s more of a calling on my life rather than a job. The elderly have so much to give back to us; their wisdom and knowledge are astounding. They are a virtual “living history” if you will, and can enrich our lives if we are ready to spend time with them. I look forward to serving this community now and in the future.

I am the Client Care Coordinator for the Cleveland office at Quality of Life Home Care. Ever since I was little I always had the passion of serving the elderly and the disabled. I’ve put in many volunteer hours, and also was a caregiver for almost a year before I was promoted to work in the office. My roles and responsibilities are to assist with the client’s needs, and to ensure the clients, as well as the caregivers are being treated with fairness. I also assist caregivers in monthly trainings to make sure they know the correct way to do things. Have you ever heard the saying “Find a job you love, and you’ll never work another day in your life?” Well, I’ve found mine!
